Preparation of Contract
Contracts include the standard Earnest Money Receipt Agreement, Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale depending on the agreed transaction of both parties. Preparation of acknowledgement / transmittal receipts is also part of the services.
Notary of Contract
Notarial of contracts through a legitimate notarial public can be also provided.
NOTE: Completion of Contracts is dependent on pertinent details required from both parties.
